Data Purge Timeline & Retention Guarantee
We maintain strict technical standards for user privacy and compliance with global data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, and Google Play Data Safety policies):
- Active Database Purge (24 to 48 Hours): Once account ownership is verified, all active Firestore document collections, sub-collections, category mappings, transaction entries, and auth tokens linked to your UID are irreversibly deleted from our live production database.
- Server Backup Snapshots (30-Day Window): Routine disaster-recovery backup snapshots age out and overwrite continuously. Cold backup snapshots cycle out completely within a maximum of 30 days, during which they remain encrypted, air-gapped, and inaccessible for active production queries.
- No Residual Marketing Lists: We do not operate external advertising trackers, data brokers, or secondary mailing databases. Once purged, zero residual profiles remain.
